Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
In each one of our Cheddar Bay Biscuits there are 170 calories and 9 grams of fat. My guess is that our store has more calories as our bread makers seem to put extra butter sauce on top of them.
I've seen people eat 10-12 and then ask for some more to take home. Ugh.

I've offered the recipe on this blog before. I'll link to it.
Lobster Boy
170 calories? Yeah, per bite.
"Ummm yeah I'll take a fried seafood platter with a baked potato with butter and sour cream, maybe a little extra on the side, umm a garden salad with extra blue cheese and an order of those cheesy muffins, ya know I just love those, and..." here's the kicker, "... can I get a [my fourth] refill of DIET(?!) coke?" pauses to wheeze and adjust their fat in the cramped booth (the one they insisted to sit in, even though the section is long since closed and their are like twelve other ones that are open, and they had to labor intensivly to squeeze into)...
