Fat Tuesday and the return of Lobsterfest


Fat Tuesday sucked a fat one. The first day of Lobsterfest did not go well for Lobster Boy. We were busy, but I was busy with not so good tables. That's the way the ball bounces, the only positive was that our Lobsterfest food is looking really good as it comes out of the kitchen. Lobsterfest is the BEST time of the year for a Red Lobster server who knows how to handle their tables.
