Fat Tuesday and the return of Lobsterfest

Fat Tuesday sucked a fat one. The first day of Lobsterfest did not go well for Lobster Boy. We were busy, but I was busy with not so good tables. That's the way the ball bounces, the only positive was that our Lobsterfest food is looking really good as it comes out of the kitchen. Lobsterfest is the BEST time of the year for a Red Lobster server who knows how to handle their tables.

From Corporate Red Lobster:

Lobsterfest is back! And it’s your chance to indulge your love of lobster in more ways than you can imagine with new creations and classic favorites. Try new dishes like Margarita Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops, fire-grilled and topped with a zesty tequila-lime sauce. Or savor the double decadence of our classic Lobster Lover’s Dream with succulent Maine and rock lobster tails served with creamy shrimp, lobster and langostino linguini Alfredo.
