Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Green Olives, chopped small
- 1 tsp Capers
- 1 Tbsp Diced Shallots
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Basil
- 1Tbsp Pure Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl cover tightly, refrigerate (for a slightly smoother texture you can blend items in blender for 10-15 seconds)

Did I miss this recipe in the last 15 or so years I've been a shrimp-toting water-refilling RL go-bot? Must be pre-turn-of-the-century....
